Commission Process

  1. Commission Details: DM me on Twitter or Discord or send me an email. I usually use Discord to communicate.
    Let me know your type of commission, send me reference pictures, deadline/NDA, etc.
    I’m an artist that does well with creative freedom!
    So if you’re ever not sure on specific details, no worries! Let me know and I’m happy to come up with ideas.

  2. Payment: I will give you a price estimate and send you a Paypal invoice. I will also send you a link to my Work Timeline where you can check the progress of your commission at any time.

  3. Sketch: After the payment went through, I will start 1-3 concept sketches. Pick your favorite, let me redraw another and/or tell me any details you’d like me to change. Don’t hesitate to let me know about any changes in the sketch stage!
    I charge additionally if there’s major changes once we progressed past the sketch stage.

  4. Lineart/Rendering: I will send you WIPs of every stage to keep you up to date.

  5. Finished Product: I will send you the artwork to review. If there’s any details that are amiss, let me know and I will fix it. I will send you the finished version via Discord and Email.

Terms of Service

Payment

Prices via Paypal or Stripe in Euro.

Important!!!!!: Due to German tax laws, I need a full name and address to send out invoices. You can only commission me if you’re comfortable giving out this information.

Payment Plans: available upon discussion, 2-4 payments upon request.
I will not start a commission until a first payment is made, and you will not receive the finished product before the commission is paid off fully.

Price Increases: I may reserve the right to increase my prices for all of my commissions at any time, due to my improving skill level, increased demand or change of local minimum wage.

My turnaround time depends on things such as:
♥ Complexity
♥ Amount of commissions
♥ Any other issues
I will give you an estimate on how much time I think I will need for your commission, and if any delays will occur.

You can check your commission status anytime on my Work Timeline, which I will send you after the payment has been received.

I always work on several commissions at once, in order to prevent art burnout. This increases my turnaround time, but I usually don’t take longer than 3 months.
If I expect to take longer than that, I will communicate it with you.

If you want to add a deadline to your commission, I will charge an additional fee, usually at 25% of the total price.
Deadlines are only available upon discussion.

You can't change your references or descriptions of the commission drastically after you made the payment,
as the complexity of the commissioned artwork determines the price.
If you still want to make great changes later on in the process, you can talk to me about it.

Please communicate with me if you’d like to have any changes at all, especially during the sketch phase.
I want that you love your piece, and I am happy to change things for you!

If you want changes after you have already approved the sketch and I have moved onto the next phase, I reserve the right to charge 15%-50% extra, depending on the following examples: change of outfit, pose, multiple color changes or anything that makes me have to redraw the art completely.

Refund Policy

♥ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
♥ You can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.
♥ You can cancel your commission and can get 50% of your money back, up until the sketch is finished.
♥ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after I am done with the sketch and have moved onto the next step.

Copyright

I hold every right to every commission and drawing. This means that I am allowed to promote, display and/or publish the piece in any place or website, publish books with it, live stream the process and post it on social media. I reserve the right to create my own merchandise with a private commission, but I will ask beforehand out of courtesy.

Note: Purchasing Commercial or Merchandise Rights does not forfeit my right to post the artwork on my social media, or live stream the process, unless agreed otherwise. I am still the copyright holder of the commission.

Purchase of Rights

Personal Rights:
♥ Use it for personal use
♥ Post on Social Media with credit
♥ Print it out for yourself and display it in your personal space

Commercial Rights:
♥ Use the artwork for promotional content (song covers, books, stream assets, Patreon exclusives etc.)

Merchandise Rights:
♥ Produce Merchandise (prints, keychain, mousepad, etc.)
♥ Make money off of the artwork in any other way.

Purchasing a commission as a gift:
♥ The same rights apply to the one (1) person that you gift the commission to.

You are NOT allowed to:
♥ Use the artwork for commercial or merchandise purposes without purchasing the rights.
♥ Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
♥ Remove any watermarks/signatures.
♥ Use my art for AI or NFT (Non-fungible Tokens) in any way, shape or form.
